  Comments:
The Mandarin stamp is a match with the cover of Marvel Super-Heroes #61. This issue reprints the story from Incredible Hulk #107, the cover of which was done by Marie Severin. Studying the details of the Mandarin's upraised hand and cape/cowl show a match with the "reprint" version.

Similar to the Red Skull stamp, though, the problem is that Marvel Super-Heroes #61 was published several years after the stamps were produced.

Like the Red Skull stamp, it appears that the original artwork was altered prior to its publication on the Incredible Hulk #107 cover. But when the issue was reprinted in Marvel Super-Heroes #61, the original artwork was used.

Several people have contacted us saying that the unaltered version of the cover was also published in one of the Incredible Hulk "Essentials" trade paperbacks, lending further support to this theory.
